At GameChangers Tulum 2023, attendees found that “it’s our time” to break down barriers and rise to new heights in our careers!
Over the course of several days, our attendees bonded over shared experiences and explored the stunning beauty of Tulum. But it wasn’t all fun and games – we also delved into targeted career development sessions and workshops, designed to help each woman overcome the specific blockers holding them back in their careers.
The results were truly inspiring. Each attendee left the retreat with a renewed sense of purpose, a targeted plan for career growth, and a new network of like-minded women to support them along the way. The Tulum 2023 retreat was a celebration of the power of community and the endless possibilities that open up when women say, “it’s our time to uplift and empower each other!”

Villa Experience
From the moment they stepped into our Tulum retreat villa, our attendees were transported to a different world. The lush greenery and the warm, welcoming vibes immediately enveloped them. As they walked around, they couldn’t help but be struck by the beauty of the 50-foot pool, the five plunge pools, and the fire pit. They knew that this was going to be a special experience.
Each morning, our attendees woke up to the gentle rustling of the palm trees and the soothing sounds of morning yoga and meditation. The days were spent engaging in rich collaboration, learning in workshops, and lounging by the pool with newfound friends.
As the sun set, the group would gather around the fire pit for an evening of laughter and deep conversation. The backdrop of the star-filled sky made for the perfect ambiance for our fireside chats. The day ended with a sumptuous meal prepared by our in-house chef, featuring locally sourced ingredients.
Our Tulum retreat was a truly transformative experience, where our attendees were able to connect with themselves and with other like-minded women, all while surrounded by the natural beauty and serenity of this magical location.

Excursions
At our Tulum 2023 retreat, we made sure to sprinkle in plenty of adventures, big and small. Attendees had the chance to relax on a luxurious yacht, explore breathtaking cenotes, walk amongst ancient Mayan ruins, and more. These experiences provided the perfect opportunity for attendees to connect with each other, bond over their shared adventures, and create unforgettable memories.
